50 TRAVEL, PERFORMANCE & ENGAGEMENT E.2. Travel and Expenses C&W professionals will account for all their travel and other expenses related specifically to the Brownstein account and will deduct those expenses “off-the-top” before any calculation of client fee rebate or distributions internal to C&W. E.4. Performance Measurement C&W often develops Key Performance Metrics for evaluating the success of our services agreements with clients. We recommend establishing the metrics in concert with our collective portfolio review and visioning process with the firm’s leadership to ensure our goals for performance align with the vision of the firm. E.5. BHFS Engagement and Resources C&W is familiar with the Brownstein leadership structure and believes the Executive Committee format, with talented and empowered administrators is the most effective model of leadership to work with a portfolio based commercial real estate team. Our goal is to minimize the amount of time any “time-keepers” must spend reviewing real estate while ensuring the advice and data we present is sharply “on-point” and “relevant” to the members of the Executive Committee as well as the administrators we’ll regularly work with. We believe the creation of the Brownstein Real Estate Playbook, anointed by the Executive Committee, will be an incredibly helpful tool for the Managing Partner and all administrative executives with the firm, as it lends strength and credibility to the vision of firm’s leadership. Responses for E.2., E.4 & E.5.
