C&W recently completed a successful subleasing strategy for Advanced Energy Industries, Inc. In an effort to ensure our client would have the future expansion they needed (for a programmed relocation of additional personnel), we recommended a strategy for taking 30% more space than needed immediately but with the intent to sublease that additional space for the first two years of a ten-year term until all the relocations or new hires could be deployed to a new market.
