Response for C.2.

C&W will diligently assess the existing portfolio, help Brownstein compare their portfolio performance against other top law firms nationally, establish a comprehensive and user- friendly system for managing the portfolio and, finally, a reporting protocol that provides consistent and timely data, interpretation and advice about the Brownstein real estate portfolio. Key conclusions from an assessment of the portfolio will be understanding lease rollover, market conditions and age of improvements, which can help us identify potential rent spikes, renegotiation opportunities or large capital demands on the firm.
