E. HEALTH SAFETY SECURITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL (HSSE) (CONT.)

LABORATORY SAFETY POLICY The safety policy mandates a safe, healthful environment for its employees, customers and visitors. HSSE ensures that all company policies and state and federal mandates are followed. HSSE has developed the Laboratory Safety Program to define administrative responsibilities, accepted safety guidelines and Programs, proper laboratory facilities, safety equipment, emergency procedures, exposure monitoring, training and recordkeeping requirements. This plan is based on applicable health and safety Programs promulgated by Federal and State agencies including OSHA’s Occupational Exposure to Hazardous Chemicals in Laboratories.

The purpose of this Program is to establish requirements for employees that may enter customer laboratories.

F. PROJECT AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

LThe C&W PDS team is available to consult on all life science assets, from small construction or tenant improvement projects to a full life science retrofit.
