ACCOUNT RISK REVIEW (ARR) The purpose of the Account Risk Review (ARR) is to evaluate and mitigate risks associated with Cushman & Wakefield work activities, including reducing or eliminating the potential for harm to our employees, our customers, and the public. The ARR is a proactive method of ensuring that potential site risks, chemical and physical hazards, regulatory compliance concerns, contractual/legal obligations, stakeholder issues, and work technology/service are understood. The ARR supports the development of an effective Risk Management Plan for each client site that C&W is providing services. Risk Management planning will be incorporated into the HSSE playbook. Our core objective is ensuring consistent implementation of our HSSE management system, standards, and governance. Each location is required to self-evaluate operational work activities and ensure HSSE standards are integrated at the site level. Annual and quarterly targets are established as part of our HSSE KPI’s and HSSE standards are deployed through the ARR program as new risks are identified or new policies and procedures are developed or revised. Further, the ARR is used as the basis for ongoing auditing and risk mitigation at all client locations as part of our Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle in managing HSSE risks and opportunities.
