ANNE SPENCER, MCR
CENTRAL & NORTH FLORIDA
Representing Central and North Florida, Anne has 17 years of healthcare commercial real estate experience. She works with large portfolio occupiers, institutional owners and private investors, assisting with both leasing and sales. Anne believes that strategic planning is critical and enjoys helping her clients maximize the value of their real estate assets. She has earned the Master of Commercial Real Estate (“MCR”) designation from CoreNet Global. Alma Mater: University of Central Florida – Bachelor of Arts.
BRIAN BREEDING, CCIM
WEST FLORIDA
Representing West Florida, Brian has 15 years in healthcare commercial real estate. Recently promoted to Senior Director, Brian works with hospital systems, physician groups and investors of medical office properties offering comprehensive market intelligence focused on strategic solutions. Leveraging his years of experience, and business acumen, Brian provides his clients with expertise that supports and enhances their bottom line. Actively engaged in site selection, lease negotiation, and additional value-add real estate services, Brian is highly in tune and engaged in the West Florida market. Alma Mater – Saint Leo University – Bachelor of Business Administration. MICHAEL FELDMAN, CCIM SOUTH FLORIDA Representing South Florida, Michael has 25 years of commercial real estate experience. Michael specializes in representing healthcare providers and medical office building owners. His areas of expertise include portfolio management, agency leasing, tenant representation, site selection, acquisitions, and sale/leaseback transactions. Earning his CCIM designation, Michael is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. Alma Mater – University of Miami – Bachelor of Finance with a minor in Real Estate. TALIA KUDAN SOUTH FLORIDA Representing South Florida, Talia has 5 years of commercial real estate experience. Talia started with Cushman & Wakefield on the Life Sciences Team in Boston, MA and quickly became recognized for her outstanding service to Biotech companies in tenant, landlord and buyer representation. Recently joining the Florida Healthcare Advisory Practice, Talia is focused on physicians, hospital groups and medical executives throughout Florida. ANGELA FLINT CENTRAL & NORTH FLORIDA Representing Central and North Florida, Angela has a combined 7 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate. Recently promoted to Senior Associate, Angela started as a transaction manager supporting the healthcare team’s large multi-market portfolio accounts including acquisitions, dispositions, and renewal negotiations. Angela is known for her exceptional attention to detail and is currently focused on tenant representation, seller representation and agency leasing.
