Downtown MASTER PLAN

The Downtown Master Plan presents 25 recommendations for goals to reach by 2030, including the following:

10,000+ trees planted

New bike lanes

New housing & retail

Revitalize concrete plazas into welcoming spaces (plants, art, etc.)

Downtown has 96,000 parking spaces with 30,000 unused on a daily basis – eliminate & consolidate parking lots & decks to drive more transit use

Preserving Downtown’s historic buildings
