3. Once a decision has been made, please provide a timeline for having an agreement in-place. As well as completion of data input, lease abstraction and commencement of portfolio management. If C&W is retained as NMRS’ exclusive real estate services provider, our goal is to have and execute an agreement as quickly as possible. As addressed in the answer to General question number 5a. found on page 15, within 90 days of the execution of the Representation Agreement and receiving NMRS’ documentation, all data will be input into our recommended lease management system and a complete tutorial of the program will be provided to NMRS. The additional key steps to successfully developing a portfolio strategy and building consensus for NMRS, such as determining the internal team, presenting a customized Vision Session, scheduling a portfolio presentation to the firm, etc., are outlined in the timeline below and show that we will commence the portfolio management and have the Firm “ready to go” within 120 days from the execution of the agreement.
