PROPOSED CONFLICTS The NMRS Team including our Market Champions is comprised of 100% tenant representation advisors. That said, C&W provides a broad platform of services that bring great add value and wisdom to our clients, including landlord representation by advisors who specialize in the leasing of office buildings. This insider knowledge will provide NMRS a complete view of each market where NMRS has a location, including every tenant, landlord, new development, vacant space, and off-market “shadow space.” At C&W, we have a fiduciary responsibility that we take very seriously and are able to ensure that our clients will receive objective representation by establishing a transparent process with clear goals and objectives. C&W is not a developer, owner, or investor. C&W is a privately held real estate services company and is not burdened with, or distracted by, the obligations, responsibilities, or potential conflicts of real estate ownership or public shareholders.
