RELOCATION MANAGEMENT The final measure of success in any real estate project is an orderly and non-disruptive relocation. One the project has been defined, C&W can provide a proposal to provide these services should NMRS need assistance. Services include: • Developing and adhering to budgets and schedules • Confirmation of move requirements (staffing, phasing, and IT coordination) • Coordination of site preparedness • Preparation for relocation • Efficient implementation of the relocation • Preparation for contingencies • Supervision of the relocation and employee communication
