PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT/ LEASE ADMINISTRATION

2. Who will be responsible for data input and maintenance/ updates? Ashley Metcalf will oversee the day-today lease administration process and integration of lease information into the database. This will include getting NMRS up and running in the system and abstracting all of the Firm’s leases. Under Ashley’s direction, the Portfolio Administration team will also be responsible for inputting all documents into the system, updating and tracking all lease expirations and other important dates. Ashley will assign a Portfolio Administration analyst to ensure critical dates are managed and data within the database is accurate. ONGOING DATA MANAGEMENT Our proposed ongoing Data Management service will include the following: • Maintain the CoStar database by updating records when a lease or sublease is amended, a new location is added, a lease expires or is terminated, or an owned property is sold • Coordinate the abstraction of new leases, subleases, and amendments; includes quality review and upload PDF documents to CoStar • Notify NMRS of any document/data exceptions • Update landlord and notice contacts in CoStar as provided by NMRS • Track, monitor, and report on all critical dates • Provide system generated, non-financial monthly reports through CoStar 3. Please describe any charges related to the system license or data input/on-going updates. As described above, C&W will provide full service technology lease management and administration
