KEY SCOPE QUESTIONS

• We understand importance of proximity to customer base and battery supply chain ecosystem. Would you like Cushman & Wakefield to perform a blank slate location analysis or start with a specified region or set of markets determined by SES?

• Do you have a rough idea of the following for this project? » Headcount & roles » Approximate Facility Size » Total capital cost » Power and Water requirements » List of specific Hazardous Materials expected on site » Wastewater treatment or neutralization requirements

• Can you describe the ideal real estate solution – type of shell construction, existing building vs. greenfield, own vs. lease, etc?

• Do you anticipate significant supply chain optimization / network study to be part of this scope of work?

• Do you anticipate outsourcing project management and environmental advisory as part of this scope?
