Multifamily Focus 2016 Investor Symposium - November 30, 2016 More than 250 real estate professionals attended the Florida Multifamily Focus: 2016 Investor Symposium on November 30th at the EAST Miami Hotel. The event was hosted by Robert Given and the Florida multifamily sales and debt professionals. The event featured senior executives from every facet of the multifamily market together with Cushman & Wakefield professionals for an evening of networking, strategic business sessions and informational forums, specifically focused on Florida- relevant content. Business sessions included The Florida Paradigm; Long Demand for South Florida; Orlando & Tampa Apartment Demand; Building Miami Neighborhoods; and Florida’s CRE. The day culminated with a cocktail reception that night and a golf outing the following morning.
