Cushman & Wakefield is a leading global real estate services firm that delivers exceptional value for real estate occupiers and owners. We are among the largest real estate services firms with approximately 50,000 employees in 400 offices and 60 countries, managing over 4.1 billion square feet of commercial real estate space on behalf of institutional, corporate and private clients. In 2020, we had revenue of $7.8 billion across core services of property, facilities and project management, leasing, capital markets, valuation and other services. Our combined operating expenses totaled $7.9 billion for the year. We paid $43.9 million in taxes across our business and $39.6 million to employee benefit plans. The Americas consists of operations located in the U.S., Canada and key markets in Latin America. EMEA includes operations in the United Kingdom, France, Netherlands and other markets in Europe and the Middle East. APAC includes operations in Australia, Singapore, Greater China and other markets.
