This is our annual CSR Report, covering our global activities during 2020. Our intended audience for this report includes our employees, clients, vendors/suppliers, shareholders and communities. In preparing this report, we have applied the GRI Reporting Principles for defining report content as well as quality. In this way, we believe we present both relevant and balanced information that is useful to all stakeholders. This report has been prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards: Core option and contains disclosures recommended in the Real Estate Services standards that were developed by the Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB). This report also serves as our UN Global Compact Communication on Progress. The information in this report includes quantitative data and examples of practice from the calendar year 2020, covering our operations around the globe. This report has not been externally assured but has been subject to rigorous internal reviews and checks. Cushman & Wakefield received limited verification of its scope 1, scope 2 and scope 3 business travel greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions disclosed in this report.
