EMEA

Innovating in Italy Our marketing team in Italy helped develop a recycling campaign to reduce the number of cigarette butts, the most littered item on the planet, on the floor of our managed sites. The project, which launched in 15 shopping centers, involved the installation of special bins for the disposal of cigarette butts, which were then regularly collected and delivered to a specialized plant. Within six months, 150,000 cigarette butts were recycled and turned into 50 kilograms (110 pounds) of reusable plastics.
