AMERICAS

Helping Employees Return to Work Safely A major global financial services company in Canada engaged our Strategic Consulting team to assess and recommend improvements to its Return to Office program. Given the urgency of COVID- 19’s health threat, our team acted quickly to audit each office location across the country in just two days to identify immediate and longer-term needs. This enabled us to help develop risk mitigation protocols, Work from Home (WFH) policies and ensure employee information needs were met— ultimately helping our client maintain its business operations. In addition, Cushman & Wakefield’s Project & Development Services team was deployed to adapt office locations to distancing, sanitation and signage guidelines. To help our client’s leadership and employees navigate ongoing challenges, our team also prepared a robust Return to Office communications strategy aligned with the organization’s business goals, health & safety guidelines, WFH policy and office protocols. Our ability to mobilize quickly and implement best-practice policies and processes satisfied our client’s need to mitigate risk and, most importantly, fostered a sense of trust among employees during an unprecedented time.
