Corporate Social Responsibility Report 2020 | Cushman & Wakefield
UN Global Compact and Sustainable Development Goals (102-12)
In 2015, the United Nations adopted a plan for achieving a better future for all by 2030, defining 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and 169 related targets as a universal call to action for all countries to work together to end poverty, protect the planet and improve the lives and prospects of everyone, everywhere. Businesses play a significant role in achieving these goals. When considering Cushman & Wakefield’s CSR priorities and how we make an impact, we have aligned our approach with these international targets by identifying the six SDGs that have the most material relevance to our business and where we can make the greatest relative contribution. The SDG icons throughout this report indicate which sections are applicable to each goal. Based on feedback during our 2021 materiality assessment, we added SDG 5, Gender Equality.
