Professional Expertise Sean joined Cushman & Wakefield in September of 2017 after 4 years as a senior workplace technology consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle/BRG. With over 15 years of experience working with clients, RE Technology software vendors as well as consulting firms, Sean offers a unique understanding of the industry and client needs. He has a broad foundation in numerous integrated and best of breed Corporate Real Estate applications and has extensive experience in multiple verticals including Corporate Real Estate and Higher Education. Although Sean’s specialty resides within the Space and Workplace domains that include space management/utilization, scenario planning, reservations and wayfinding technologies, he has been part of a wide variety of global technology rollouts including facilities, lease and mobile solutions. Sean held roles of Senior Consultant and Professional Services Director for North America during his two years at Planon Software in Boston. Sean was a critical component to Planon’s North American expansion efforts and served as the client facing Services lead. Sean and his Services & Support team led these implementations from solution design through training, effectively and successfully. At Cushman & Wakefield, Sean has been leaning on his experience in offering his clients needed software/process “health checks” and software selection consulting support. Aetna, Centene, Chick-fil-A and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta are just a few clients Sean has added value by streamlining process and sharing best practices technology routines. Lastly, Sean has served as Technology Program Manager for large C&W technology transition efforts for clients like Altice, Newell Brands and Humana where he has been instrumental in coordinating the efforts of his Implementation Leads, communicating directly with clients and monitoring budget, scope and schedule all while maintaining client satisfaction.
