In a food processor, grind the cookies to a course powder and pour into springform pan Mix the butter and cookies together and spread evenly to cover the bottom if pan. Don’t press down too hard In same food processor, mix cream cheese, sugar, dulce de leche and lemon juice until blended. Add ice cream incrementally (1-1.5 cups at a time) and blend until all ice cream added and smooth/even. Pour over cookie crust. One box leibniz (or maria) cookies - 200g/7oz 1 bar of butter melted (8tbsp) 1 bar of cream cheese 1/2 cup of sugar 1/2 cup of dulce de leche 1 liter (4.25 cup) vanilla ice cream 2 tsp lemon juice (optional) Ingredients Move to freezer Preparation

Nicole’s Notes: You can add some dollops of remant chilled dulce de leche before serving to decorate.

Freeze on flat surface for 3+ hours Remove 5 minutes before serving.
