1 Box of cake mix (any kind) 1 Box of angel food cake 2 Tbl. Water 2 Tbl. Cocoa (optional) 1 tsp. Strawberry jam (optional) Powdered sugar (optional) Ingredients

The regular cake mix will be watered down by the angel food cake mix, so if you like chocolatey chocolate cake, add 2 Tbls. Cocoa to the mixture.

Preparation

Using a very large storage bag or container, combine any box of cake mix with a box of angel food cake mix. Mix well. If using a storage bag, you can just shake it. Using a standard coffee mug add 3 Tbls. mixed cake mix and 2 Tbls. Water Cook in microwave for 1 minute on high. Let cake cool for a minute, use a knife to loosen it around the edges and pop it out. To get fancy, you can add a tsp. of strawberry jam and poke it into batter, or “ice” by dusting with powdered sugar while it’s hot. You will have enough mix left to make dozens of these cakes.
