Ingredients

1 box Yellow Cake Mix 1 small (3.4 oz) box Vanilla Pudding 4 eggs

¼ cup rum ¼ cup water 1 cup sugar powdered sugar for dusting

3/4 cup oil (cannola) 3/4 cup Sherry Wine

1 tsp nutmeg ½ stick butter

Preparation

Directions for Cake: In a large bowl, mix dry cake mix and dry pudding with a hand mixer. Add oil and Sherry wine. Beat at high speed to mix well. Add in one egg at a time, beating in between each egg. Beat for about 5 more minutes after the last egg. Add nutmeg. Oil and flour a Bundt pan and pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes and test. Watch carefully – do not over bake. Let cool completely. Poke holes in top of cake for glaze

Directions for Glaze: ½ stick of butter

1 cup sugar ¼ cup rum ¼ cup water Add to sauce pan and let cook until bubbles and sugar dissolves and take off heat Pour glaze over cake while still in cake pan Turn cake over and Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
