Yami Rivera | Tampa Champagne Jell-O Shots

Prep Time: 10 Min. | Makes 25-30 servings

3 – 1 oz envelopes of unflavored gelatin 2 cups of cold water 1 cup of sugar 1.5 cups of cold champagne (I prefer Extra Dry but if you want something a little sweeter, go for the Brut) 1.5 cups of cold ginger ale (feel free to replace with vodka for an extra kick) 1 cup chopped strawberries Ingredients

Preparation

In a saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin on top of the cold water and let the gelatin absorb the water. (2 minutes) Bring the liquid to a boil over high heat and stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and transfer the liquid to a bowl. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Add in the champagne and ginger ale (or vodka) and stir.

Pour the liquid into the 1 oz portion cups and add in a spoonful of the chopped strawberries to each cup. Place the lids on each cup and place these little guys in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Pull out of the fridge, pop the lid and enjoy!
