White rum Fresh mint Lime juice Frozen or fresh blueberries Simple syrup Granulated sugar for rim Plain seltzer/club soda Coconut rum- optional

Preparation
Put your blueberries, fresh mint, and simple syrup in a shaker and muddle together Then add the rum and ice cubes and shake well Run a lime around the edge of a glass, rim with sugar Fill glass to the top with ice Pour club soda/seltzer to about 1/3-1/2 full Pour in mixed drink from shaker Garnish with blueberries, lime, and mint Optional – top with a floater of coconut rum
