FORECAST Expect to see Mesquite shift ahead of Garland in delivery of new supply in 2019 and possibly net absorption as well. This will be the result of 1.8 MSF of new product set to deliver in Mesquite during the first quarter of the year. This is the most construction activity Mesquite has seen in over ten years. We anticipate tapering in construction activity for both submarkets after the first quarter of 2019, likely creating way for net absorption to outpace completions by year-end.
