19. Construction Management /Project Management service

OUR APPROACH Project management lead, Erik Petersen, will integrate closely with our transaction management and lease administration services to build a long-term view of real estate events within B&M’s portfolio to identify the locations and markets where significant project activity may occur. With this foresight, we are not only able to align the best resources for upcoming projects but can also advise B&M of market conditions that may favorably impact a project plan, as well as challenges and risks that must be mitigated. We will leverage the significant expertise of our local project managers to plan and manage the entire life cycle of the planning, construction, and move process and ensure timely delivery that is consistently on budget and schedule, and in alignment with Goodwill’s goals and objectives.

Our Project Management experts understand that real estate decisions go beyond space, cost and schedule. We manage the planning, design and construction process, to ensure value and savings, without sacrificing quality. Our project managers consistently deliver 10% to 15% construction cost savings to our clients and schedule improvements, while minimizing project risks.
