REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

The C&W Workplace Strategy team has completed a space analysis based on the headcount projections that Burns & McDonnell provided in the RFP. The summary below compares the current B&M office allocation (Scenario #1) against three varying levels of workplace strategies (Scenarios #2,3,4) based on B&M’s project headcount in 2027 of 483 employees. Additionally, due to all of the experience C&W Workplace Strategy team has with other engineering firms we’re able to show in the graphic below where B&M’s top competitors land in these scenarios.
