EXPERIENCE PER SQUARE FOOT™ - OUR PROPRIETARY EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE TOOL For the past several years, C&W has partnered with some of the world’s leading companies to define and measure what makes a positive employee experience through our proprietary Experience per Square Foot™ (XSF) tool. The model is broken into five distinct key measures – Focus, Team, Bond, Renew, and Learn, and tests workplace attributes to see what will drive improvement in those areas. Also, in response to COVID-19, we introduced XSF@home, a statistically based analytics diagnostic designed to assess employee experience in the current environment, uncover insight into employee logistical and psychological needs, and capture ideas to prepare for the eventual return to the office.
