17. Describe any willingness or ability to facilitate any business development with Burns & McDonnell. The proposed team has delivered multiple business opportunities for B&M including the recent work with BOOM Supersonic which lead to the largest office lease signed in Colorado during 2021. Additionally, the B&M team is currently working on a second project for BOOM Supersonic that will be their new R&D facility where they will be building the prototype for the next supersonic commercial airliner. We are hopeful that this referral business demonstrates our capability to actually deliver opportunities that have already delivered revenue to B&M, but our intent is to have a long term relationship with the B&M Denver Team and continue to introduce them to opportunities with other C&W clients. To that end, C&W represented Star Harbor on their recent acquisition of a 53-acre site in Lone Tree, Colorado, that will be a 1M SF plus mixed-use development. This project will be the home for Star Harbor’s campus and training center for their astronaut certification program. C&W will be supporting Star Harbor on the selection of a vertical developer and design/build firm to bring their project to life, so this could be a great fit for B&M’s Aviation team that we already worked with on the BOOM Supersonic project.
