THE SOLUTION It was determined that based on the overall capital investment and job creation, along with being a Life Sciences Company there ideology would fit best with either Boston, MA or Raleigh/Durham, North Carolina. C&W’s incentives team evaluated all the locations from an incentives perspectives, which culminated into a final incentives savings number that the company could realize and utilize against there operating expenses. Adverum officials decided to establish facilities in North Carolina.

RESULTS ACHIEVED C&W professionals secured

approval from each of the project stages of the approval process. Final approval at both the State and local level have been granted at the full board meetings. C&W lead the process at the state level and local level and ultimately secured a total incentives package valued at $9,400,000 in Jobs Tax Rebates, Grant Funds, Sales Tax Exemptions, Utility Discounts and Training Funds.
