Currently, she serves as a Senior Property Manager for BJC HealthCare in St. Louis, Missouri. Renee manages eight medical office buildings measuring over 400,000 square feet. In this role, Renee is responsible for lease negotiation and administration, capital planning, preparing operating budgets, and monthly financial reporting.

“John works closely with property managers and chief engineers to ensure all of our buildings are up to code, and most recently organized various training sessions from beginner building operations lessons to Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) certification. He is always willing to step in when there is a building emergency— recently filling in for an absent property manager at New York Presbyterian Hospital.
