Appendix 10: Job Aid for Level 1 Cleaning and Disinfection

P ERFORM this level of cleaning once a day on all GMP rooms specified in Appendix 1. 1. R EMOVE and D ISPOSE of waste per Waste Disposal SOP-001020. 2. S ANITIZE general trash receptacles with 70% IPA. 3. W IPE work surfaces and furniture with 70% IPA. This includes door push plates, tables, chairs, racks, etc. 4. W IPE mobile equipment with 70% IPA. 5. W IPE the external surfaces of glove boxes, storage bins, and cabinets with 70% IPA. 6. M OP floors with Vesta Syde. R EMOVE any visible soil from surfaces. 7. D OCUMENT all cleaning activities in Room Activity Log FM-000543 and FM-000544. P ERFORM this level of cleaning once a week on all GMP rooms specified in Appendix 1. 1.
