IDENTIFY the disinfection cycle (Level 1, 2, 3, etc.) per Appendices 2 through 4.

5.7.8.2 REMOVE materials from bins and cabinets, if applicable. 5.7.8.3 USE low-lint Wipe(s). 5.7.8.4

SATURATE a wipe with sterile IPA or Spor-Klenz per Appendices 2 through 4 and USE the wet wipe to apply to surfaces. After applying disinfectant, FOLD a low lint wipe in half and then FOLD it in half again to provide at least four (4) clean wipe surfaces. WIPE surfaces with sterile IPA after Spor-Klenz contact time is met.

5.7.8.5

5.7.8.6 REPLACE wipes and DISPOSE when visibly dirty. 5.7.8.7 RETURN all materials to their locations.

5.8 Disposal of Disinfectant Step

Action 5.8.1 DISPOSE of used disinfectants and wastewater into the local sanitary waste port on the Bio-kill system.

Action 5.9.1 RINSE the wringer and mop handles with WFI after every disinfection cycle. 5.9.2 ALLOW the equipment to air dry. 5.9.3 WIPE DOWN all surfaces of the TBS, mop handles, buckets and frames with sterile IPA before storing equipment in their dedicated zone. 6.0 Appendices 1.
