Follow routine personnel flow procedures per Material and Personnel Flow SOP when entering and exiting the clean rooms. Follow the personnel flow procedures identified in Appendix 1 to ensure that the rooms are cleaned in the correct sequence within a Zone.

5.6.2 PREPARE the appropriate disinfectant per section 5.4. 5.6.3 PERFORM disinfection activities per Appendices 2 through 4 in the following sequence: • Ceilings • Walls / Vertical Surfaces, Mirrors / Windows, and Doors • Horizontal Surfaces • All surfaces on mobile and permanent process equipment • Floor 5.6.4 SEE Appendices 10 through 13 to ensure proper performance of disinfection activities. 5.6.5 Level 3 and Level 4 cleanings are requested on a work order basis monthly and quarterly respectively, using GSOP-GIT-E-023 Global Service Requests for OneMaximo. 5.6.6 Carefully MOVE tables, shelves and carts on wheels from walls as needed when performing disinfection activities. 5.6.7 SEE step 5.5.1. for usage requirements of TBS. ENSURE a minimum of 10 minutes contact time is achieved for use of Spor-Klenz and Vesta Syde during facility disinfection. The surfaces must remain wet during the contact time. • WIPE all glass and stainless-steel surfaces with sterile IPA after Spor Klenz application and WFI Rinse. 5.6.9 DO NOT unplug any electrical connections or disconnect any umbilical lines of any equipment. 5.6.10 DO NOT mop over the following: • HEPA Filter Supply Grates • Differential Pressure Sensors 5.6.8 CLEAN off surfaces after a Spor-Klenz application • RINSE surfaces with WFI after Spor-Klenz application.
