C ONTRACTOR R ESPONSIBILITIES All outside contractors are required to follow the requirements of this Program.

10. S ELF -I NSPECTION The Site Manager or designee performs a self-audit of the site to verify implementation of the Laboratory Safety Program. This self-audit is performed using Attachment A - Laboratory Safety Self-Audit Checklist. 11. E NFORCEMENT Employees who fail to follow this Programwill be subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination.
