OPERATIONALIZE STEADY STATE & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
DEFINE GOALS, REVIEW BASELINE, FINALIZE APPROACH TO SOLUTIONING
• Onboard client internal and external partners, as needed, to go-forward protocols. • Develop change management resources to support ongoing communications and people management. • Validate all procedures are evergreen, assigned, documented, and tech-enabled. • Develop governance program for ongoing continuous improvement and evolution.
• Design bespoke client playbook of best practice processes and templates that align with Client’s core objectives and internal protocols • Outline roles & responsibilities for client’s external partners, and internally, through process mapping and RACI matrices. • Standup new, lightweight collaboration technology to support data-driven decisions and ease of reporting.
• Discuss core principles and strategic drivers of client’s CRE organization internally • Identify greater opportunities for transformation and improvement • Conduct stakeholder interviews • Gather Current State documentation • Outline transformation priorities, project schedule and workplan
• Finalize C&W Tiger Team participants to meet Client’s unique needs

Custom Playbook
Our team designs custom, web-based playbooks across the real estate lifecycle to build optimal efficiency in vendor partnerships, and for CRE organizations internally. Through process design and automation integration we will create bespoke, best practice templates and deliverables that allow teams to scale, collaborate, and elevate their organizational impact. All deliverables are stored on a custom collaboration portal for ease of access and continuous improvement.
