6.2 Mobilisation and Transition Plan
PROJECT MOBILISATION
Transitional change starts with the shared vision of senior stakeholders from both C&W and Sentosa Cove. Through our extensive client experience, we have learned that in order to successfully achieve the results that we have committed to, it is vital that we gain the appropriate level of understanding and acceptance by all stakeholders. This mutual alignment, along with a structured mobilisation plan, leads to a clear vision of what can realistically be implemented today, and a process to adopt changes that will transform Sentosa Cove to the desired future state.
Our key objectives during the mobilisation and transition period is to • Determine the condition of Sentosa Cove’s assets, • Develop the defects rectification list, • Taking over from the incumbent service provider, • Review the existing facilities maintenance operations and • Implement best practice to improve efficiency with the resources we have.
We will design a process for you to ensure that essential workflows and procedures operate seamlessly and efficiently. The processes incorporate a rigorous system of checks and balances that reinforce compliance, accuracy and timeliness, including meeting Sentosa Cove’s specific service levels.
