SUBCONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

Contractor Safety Performance & Monitoring

• IFM and in-house HSSEQ team will conduct WSH performance evaluation of subcontractors annually, where applicable • Workplace health and safety orientation or induction will be carried out annually and where required • Subcontractors must furnish the necessary supporting documents to facilitate the evaluation with the past three years safety statistics data • Decide on action to be taken for non-performing and non-compliant subcontractors with client feedback
