SUBCONTRACTOR PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
• Subcontractors are periodically audited to ensure the correct documentation is in place, processes are being correctly followed and work is being carried out to required standards • Evaluation on performance standards and quality, safety, environmental, security and other legislative requirements to assess the delivery of services against contractual requirements
• For non-conformances, we have established improvement methodologies with a structured, documented approach to improvement activities
• 6 Months prior to contract expiry, FM personnel to review requirements for new contracts / renewals

Commencement Services of New Vendor

• Assist contractors to identify targets for possible improvements • Contractors to develop and document their improvement plans • Monitor progress to the plan and assume the plan is implemented • Jointly determine if the plan was effective in addressing the improvement opportunity or effective in eliminating the cause of non-conformance. • Document activities which are then properly recorded and reported to Client.
