Jurong Logistic Hub: Conducted a comprehensive gap analysis to identify easily achievable improvements, offering cost-effective recommendations such as the installation of green technologies and energy-efficient solutions to optimise operations, drafted a 2030 carbon transition plan as well. Successfully obtained the GoldPlus award for FULL GM:2021 certification, alongside 2 sustainability badges for outstanding performance in Health & Wellbeing and Resilience categories

Since 2011, we've been leading the way as the first accredited ESCO in the FM industry. We've been providing green building consultancy and certification services to more than 100 buildings in Singapore

5 Circular Economy and Waste Management

NEA Waste Audit: Carried out waste profiling for 2 sites, identified opportunities for improvement focusing on top waste streams using zero waste methodology, alongside cost estimation and annual waste reduction projection, which were outlined in the waste audit report submitted to NEA
