C&W collaborates with Sentosa Cove on the review and development of customised standard operating procedures to prepare for the event of any breakdowns or emergencies, such as the breakdown of critical mechanical

The purposes are as follows:

Train and ensure that all staff is familiar with their respective roles and responsibilities in the event of an emergency, disaster or crisis

Respond and report to the scene of the emergency with the following objectives: o to minimise injuries and loss of lives. o to render fast “damaged” recovery services to our customers. o to minimise loss of critical business process for the continuation of the Client’s operations and to take immediate remedial actions or draw up contingency plan following a major disaster or an emergency. o to normalise essential services and facilities. When an emergency occurs, the site staff will assess the severity of the situation (i.e. whether major or minor before activating the Emergency Response Team (ERT) or Emergency Management Team (EMT). The ERT comprises frontline staff responsible for 1st line recovery services whereas the EMT consists of members from Corporate HQ who are responsible for 2nd line of recovery services. For minor crisis, only the ERT will be activated. Both the ERT and EMT will be activated for major crisis.
