Notes:

> Energy consumption information was converted to GJ and kWh using conversion factors from the U.S. EPA Center for Corporate Climate Leadership. > Where actual electricity and natural gas consumption information was unavailable, this was estimated using industry averages from the U.S. Energy Information Administration Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS), prorated by office floor area. > The U.S. Energy Information Administration’s energy conversion calculators were used for additional energy conversion calculations. > Cushman & Wakefield collected energy consumption data from our facilities. > Historical data was reviewed and updated for better accuracy and classification for data. > There was a 3% reduction in leased area from 2022 to 2023. > We did not sell any energy in 2023. > We do not currently report consumption of energy outside of the organization.
