(1) 60-90 second HD video which includes on-site video shoot of one (1) model unit, property exteriors, amenities, and up to 15 neighborhood location shots such as retail shops, restaurants, etc. with choice of text graphics or voiceover narration and client-selected licensed music from Provider’s library. Exclusive ownership of the approved Video product. Must provide high res logo and/or branding & contact info. Incudes 1st draft for review and 1-round of free revisions that must be requested within two-weeks of delivery. (1) 60-second “before”video includes. photos/renderings provided by client & footage of surrounding area (does not include on-site shoot). (1) 60-90 second “after” video includes on-site shoot of (1) model unit, property exteriors, amenities, & up to (15) neighborhood shots. Both videos include intro/closing graphics, either text graphics or voiceover narration, & licensed music from Provider’s library. Exclusive ownership of the approved digital video. Content will be delivered through PropertyPhotos. com. Video specification: 1080p MP4 file. Download link is active and available for 90 days PropertyPhotos Standard Drone Video with (10) Photos includes the exclusive ownership of a 30- 60 second fully edited video showcasing the exterior of the property and (10) high-resolution aerial photographs. Choice of property logo or property name, and music selected from Provider’s library. One (1) round of edits are included. Requires a property staff member onsite during scheduled drone capture times with our FAA Part 107 Certified pilot. Exclusive Ownership to the approved video and (10) photographs. High resolution logo supplied by client. Includes 1st draft for review & 1 round of free revisions which must be requested within two weeks of delivery. (1) FAA Part 107 Certified pilot will be assigned to capture the content which will require a minimum of 2-hours on-site. Community Photography provides an exclusive license for up to twenty-five (25) beautiful images of both exterior and interior views of a property. Capture includes (1) interior model unit, (3) on-site amenities, and up to (5) nearby points of interest identified in advance by the client. Choice of property logo or property name, and music selected from Provider’s library. One (1) round of edits are included. Requires a property staff member on-site during scheduled drone capture times with our FAA Part 107 Certified pilot. Voice narration or text callouts available upon request.
