Our Board has three standing Committees, each with a specific focus that helps us manage risk across our business and provides oversight of certain ESG-related matters: The Audit Committee, the Compensation Committee, and the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. These Committees are guided by their respective charters, which are described in the Risk Management section of this report, and policies that can be found under Governance Documents on Cushman & Wakefield’s Investor Relations website.

At Cushman & Wakefield, we understand the importance of strong corporate governance practices that support the effectiveness of our leadership team. The Board of Directors (“Board”), either through itself or its Committees, plays a crucial role in overseeing our corporate strategy, approach to enterprise risk management, ESG disclosures and ESG goal setting and initiatives.
