We are subject to various litigation risks and may face financial liabilities and/or damage to our reputation as a result of litigation. We are exposed to various litigation risks and from time to time are party to various legal proceedings that involve claims for substantial amounts of money. Please see page 33 of our 2021 10-K for more information. In 2021, we provided property management services to approximately 2,898 clients and facility management services to approximately 1,953 clients. In 2021, Cushman & Wakefield’s property management services managed approximately 2.6 billion square feet. Cushman & Wakefield manages 16,363 with owner operational control. Disclosure is inclusive of Americas and EMEA lease transactions. We are unable to report APAC lease transaction data at this time. In 2021, Cushman & Wakefield transacted 24,201 total leases. Cushman & Wakefield represented tenants for 9,477 leases, and represented owners for 14,724 leases.
